The purpose of this study is to derive factors affecting the effectiveness of the disaster management resources system through empirical analysis. In order to achieve this research purpose, this study surveyed the perception of disaster management resources between local government disaster management servants and fire fighters, and regression analysis was conducted through the SPSS program to analyze the relationship between effectiveness and influencing factors.
