- Effects of Pregnancy Stress and Social Support on Maternal-fetal Attachment in Pregnant Women -
이 연구의 목적은 임신 스트레스와 사회적 지지가 임산부의 태아 애착에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 C시 소재 S종합병원 및 K병원 산부인과에서 산전관리를 위해 내원한 19세 이상 임신 2기 또는 3기의 임산부 156명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 2019년 7월 22일부터 8월 31일까 지 수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 모아 애착에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 친구지지(β=.23, p=.010), 태교(β=.21, p=.003), 임신기간(3분기)(β=.20, p=. 004), 특별한 타인의 지지(β=.19, p=.026), 현 건강상태(β=.14, p=.038)였으며 설명력은 31.5%(F=12.88, p<. 001)이었다. 본 연구 결과는 사회적 지지가 태아 애착에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 보여준다. 더 나은 태아 애착을 위해서는 친구와 특별한 타인지지, 태교, 임산부의 건강 상태에 주의를 기울이는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 임산부의 태아 애착 개선 전략 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of pregnancy stress and social support on maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant women. The subjects of this study were 156 pregnant women in their second or third trimester aged 19 years or older who visited the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of S General Hospital and K Women's Hospital in C city for prenatal care. Data were collected from July 22 to August 31, 2019. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson Correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Factors that affect maternal-fetal attachment include friend support, Taegyo, gestational period (third trimester), support from special person, and current health status. The explanation power was 31.5% (F=12.88, p<.001). Our study shows that social support plays a significant role in maternal-fetal attachment. For better maternal-fetal attachment, it is important to pay attention to the support from friends and special persons, Taegyo, and the health status of the pregnant women. The results of this study will serve as basic data for the development of strategies for improving fetal attachment in pregnant women.
