- A Empirical Analysis of Depression and PTSD on Disaster Victims’ Quality of Life - Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Community Resilence - -
최근 발생하는 재난은 피해양상이 복잡하고 다양화, 대형화되고 있다. 재난이 발생하면 물질적 피해뿐만 아니라 심리적·정신적인 피해를 동반한다. 이러한 심리적·정신적인 피해는 결국 삶의 질에 상당한 영향 을 미치는 위험요인으로 분석되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 심리적·정신적 피해 회복과 삶의 질 향상을 위해 공동체 탄력성에 주목하였고, 이들의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 주요분석결과는 첫째, 삶의 질에 우울증은 부정적 영향을 미쳤고, 공동체 탄력성은 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 삶의 질에 우울증과 공동체 탄력성의 상호작용은 부정적 영향을 미쳤고, 외상후스트레스장애와 공동체 탄력성의 상호작용은 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 재난피해자의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 재난피해자 의 우울증을 낮추는 노력과 함께 공동체 탄력성을 높이기 위한 노력이 필요함을 확인하였다. 또한 재난피 해자의 우울증과 외상후스트레스장애가 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는데 있어 공동체 탄력성은 각기 다른 조절효과를 보이고 있다. 따라서 재난피해자의 심리적·정신적인 피해상태에 따른 공동체 탄력성의 차별 적인 적용이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 근거하여 관련된 함의를 제시하였다.
재난피해자의 우울증과 외상후스트레스장애가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 공동체 탄력성의 조절효과를 중심으로 -
Disaster victims are accompanied by psychological and mental damage, and this damage is analyzed as a risk factor that significantly affects the quality of life. Therefore, in order to recover psychological and mental damage and improve the quality of life, this study focused on community resilience and the relationship between them. The empirical result showed, first, depression had a negative effect on the quality of life, and community resilience had a positive effect. Second, the interaction between depression and community resilience has a negative effect on the quality of life, and the interaction between PTSD and community resilience has a positive effect. These findings confirmed that efforts to reduce depression and enhance community resilience are needed to improve the quality of life of disaster victims. community resilience has different moderating effects on the quality of life and between depression and PTSD. Therefore, it was confirmed that it is necessary to differentiate the application of community resilience according to the psychological and mental damage conditions of disaster victims.
