- A Study on Reviewing the Infrastructure of Pilot Training Institutions to Enhance the Aviation Safety Focusing on Muan Airport -
국토교통부의 ‘제6차 공항개발 종합계획’은 2021~2025년의 항공정책을 제시하며, 그중에서 광주공항을 무안공항으로의 이전이 포함되어 있다. 이로인해 국내 항공산업과 교육 기관은 큰 변화에 직면하게 될 것으로 예상된다. 더욱이 코로나 엔데믹으로 인한 조종사 공급 부족 문제와 관련 시설 부족으로 인한 어려움이 예상된다. 따라서 본 연구는 무안공항을 중심으로 국내 대학교의 조종사 양성 훈련 인프라 에 대한 종합적인 조사 및 분석을 통해, 이에 따른 문제점과 제약 요인을 규명하고 국외 사례 조사도 병행하여 해결 방안과 협력 모델을 도출한다. 그 방안으로는 첫 번째 기존 인프라 개선 방안이고, 두 번째 신규 인프라 건설 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 마지막으로 산, 관, 학의 협력 강화 방안을 추가적으로 제시하여 이 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 그러나, 해결 방안 도출을 위한 국내외 사례 수집의 한계점 극복과 구체적인 신규 인프라 건설 방안은 향후 연구 과제로 삼아 그 범위를 확장할 계획이다.
조종사 항공전문교육기관의 비행 안전 강화를 위한 인프라 개선 방안 연구-무안공항 중심
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's '6th Comprehensive Airport Development Plan' outlines the aviation policy for the period of 2021 to 2025, which includes the relocation of Gwangju Airport to Muan Airport. This is expected to bring significant changes to the domestic aviation industry and educational institutions. Moreover, challenges are anticipated due to a shortage of pilots caused by the COVID-19 Endemic and related facility inadequacies. Therefore, this study conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the training infrastructure for pilots at domestic universities, focusing on Muan Airport. It aims to identify problems and constraints, as well as propose solutions and cooperation models by conducting parallel research on foreign cases. The proposed measures include firstly, improving existing infrastructure, secondly, suggesting the construction of new infrastructure, and finally, presenting ways to strengthen collaboration between industry, academia, and government to address this issue.
