- Influencing Factors on Blood Donors’ Intention to Select Voluntary Non-Remunerated Blood Donation Based on SEM -
본 연구에서는 헌혈기부권 활성화를 위해 헌혈자의 헌혈기부권 선택 의향에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하였 다. 헌혈기부권 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 헌혈 참여동기, 사회책임 주체 인식, 헌혈 참여 횟수를 선정하여, 구조방정식 모델로 설문 결과를 분석하였다. 설문의 유효 응답자는 공무원은 378명, 일반인은 1,646명이다. 헌혈자의 헌혈기부권 선택에 영향을 미치는 헌혈 참여동기 요인인 이타심, 자기만족, 이익 추구, 순수 헌혈추구 등 모두 정적인(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회책임 주체 인식을 분석한 결과, 지방정부의 사회책임 주체 인식이 높을수록 헌혈기부권 선택이 증가할 것으로 나타나므로 헌혈에 대한 지역 중심의 민관협력 체계의 구축을 통해 지방정부의 적극적인 참여와 지역사회 헌혈 활성화가 필요하다. 헌혈 참여 횟수가 헌혈기부권 선택에 미치는 영향에서는 공무원의 경우 헌혈 참여 빈도가 헌혈기부권 선택 동기에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.
구조방정식을 이용한 헌혈자의 헌혈기부권 선택 의향에 대한 영향 요인 분석
This study investigated factors influencing individuals' preference for Voluntary Non-Remunerated Blood Donation(VNRD) to promote its adoption. Motivational factors, social responsibility perception, and blood donation frequency were identified as determinants of VNRD choice. A survey involving 378 public officials and 1,646 individuals from the general public was analyzed using a structural equation model. The results showed that self-satisfaction, altruism, profit pursuit, and blood donation drive positively influenced the choice of VNRD. Moreover, heightened awareness of social responsibility among local governments was associated with increased VNRD preference. The study advocates active engagement with local governments through a local community-centric public-private partnership system to boost blood donation. Regarding the influence of the frequency of blood donation participation on the choice of VNRD, it was found that, in the case of public officials, the frequency of blood donation participation did not significantly impact the motivation for choosing VNRD.
