- A Comparative Study of KBLS and BLS in Nursing Students -
본 연구는 간호대학생의 대한심폐소생협회(KACPR) 2020년 한국 심폐소생술 가이드라인에 따른 기본소 생술(KBLS) Provider 과정과 2020년 미국심장협회(AHA)의 가이드라인에 따른 기본소생술(BLS) Provider 과정에 대한 교육 효과를 비교함으로써 우리나라 실정에 맞는 효율적인 심폐소생술 교육 프로그램을 활성화하기 위한 근거를 마련하고자 시도되어진 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 연구이다. 대상자는 KBLS를 적용한 군 29명, BLS를 적용한 군 21명이었다. 연구결과, KBLS와 BLS 교육 전·후 심폐소생술 지식 (F=10.30, p=.002).에서 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 심폐소생술 태도(t=0.71, p=.479), 심폐소생술 자기효능감 (U=297.50, p=.890), 자동제세동기에 대한 태도(U=1258.50, p=.361)에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 교육 내용이 우리나라 보건의료 상황에 맞게 구성되어져 있을 뿐만 아니라 e-book, 협회비 등의 가격 경쟁력이 높고 교육보고서 시스템 접근성의 편리함을 갖추고 있는 한국 심폐소생술 가이드라인에 따른 기본소생술(KBLS) Provider 과정을 간호대학생 심폐소생술 교육에 적용할 것을 제안한다.
간호대학생의 KBLS 와 BLS에 대한 교육 효과 비교
This is a non-equivalent control group before-and-after design study. It compares the educational effectiveness of nursing students' KBLS Provider and BLS Provider courses. The comparison is based on the KACPR 2020 guidelines and AHA 2020 guidelines, respectively. The study seeks to provide evidence to suggest an efficient CPR education program suitable for Korean conditions. We recruited 29 and 21 participants for the KBLS and BLS groups, respectively. The results showed a significant difference in CPR knowledge before and after KBLS and BLS training (F=10.30, p=.002) but not in CPR attitude (t=0.71, p=.479), CPR self-efficacy (U=297.50, p=.890), and attitude toward automated external defibrillator use (U=1258.50, p=.361). The findings suggest that the KBLS Provider course, based on the KBLS guidelines, should be applied to nursing students' CPR education in Korea. This course is structured according to the Korean healthcare situation, offers competitive prices, including affordable e-books and association fees, and provides the convenience of accessing the education report system.
