The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nursing professionalism of nursing college students. This study was conducted from September 20, 2019 to October 10, 2019 in 135 students from the department of nursing in G city. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result of analyzing the correlation between variables, the more positively clinical practice satisfaction, self-leadership, and ethical sensitivity the higher nursing professionalism was. Ethical sensitivity, self-leadership, and clinical practice satisfaction were significant factors in professionalism of nursing students, and these variables were found to explain 58.7% of the nursing professionalism. Based on these results, it is necessary of the positive instructor’s support to encourage the ethical sensitivity, self-leadership, and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students. In addition, since the relationship with the related variables has been clarified, it is considered to be used to develop educational programs to establish nursing professionalism.
